We are pleased to provide our Skyus-E to enable worry-free, instant wireless connectivity to Eugene’s Hack-for-a-Cause event this Valentine’s Day.
Ben Garney, the Lead Engineer of The Engine Company, touted the Skyus-E among the assets he used to compete in the event and was so pleased with its performance that he discussed embedding the device in future kiosk solutions. The Skyus-E provided turnkey connectivity from the moment it was plugged in.
Ben’s team carried their success to the final win at the event, including prizes totaling over $4,000, with an all-expenses paid Washington DC trip to discuss the importance of the tech industry in Oregon with Peter Defazio. Not only did Inseego Corp. contribute the Skyus-E for the win but also provided footage that was used in several entries to promote the technical talent in Oregon.
Congratulations team EUG Wayfinding, and congratulations Skyus-E for providing a kiosk solution that “just worked” and helping a talented group of hackers sweep Eugene’s hack-a-thon competition!
